We here at AirSnap respect your privacy. Here is a little explanation of when and why we might collect your data, and what we do with it.
Our App and Site contains links to Amazon. If you choose to purchase a product by “tap or clicking on” a product on AirSnap you will be directed to Amazon’s website or app. We do not take responsibility for cookies or other files that could be placed on your computer by Amazon. We encourage you to read Amazon's privacy policy if you have concerns with their behavior.
We may charge fees for various parts of our Services. We will notify you of those charges before you purchase them. We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, change our fees. If we do so, we’ll notify you by email or through the Services before the change. If you have a current agreement with us, your fees won’t change until the following renewal date. If you stop paying for any product or service, we may stop providing that product or service. Unless stated otherwise, all fees will be in U.S. Dollars.
Subscriptions are charged monthly or yearly to your iTunes Account after purchase confirmation. The subscription will auto-renew on a monthly or yearly basis, unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices vary based on which domain is chosen. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period at the selected domain's price.
To stop auto-renewal, visit Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, if applicable.
To avoid disruption in our Services for you, we automatically renew your subscriptions with us for whatever period you signed up for. If you signed up for a monthly plan, we automatically renew your plan and charge your payment method each month. If you signed up for an annual plan, we automatically renew your plan and charge your payment method each year. You can cancel your account by contacting us.
AirSnap does not collect personal information on our Site or Apps. However, AirSnap uses Apple Inc.’s billing software to process purchases of, and paid subscriptions to, AirSnap Apps made through the iTunes Store. As a result, when arranging your purchase via your mobile device or through the iTunes Store, you may be asked to provide personal information to Apple Inc., such as your name, email address or zip code (for billing purposes).
This information is only collected as a means of supporting our paid subscription programs available for certain Apps. Unless the Law forces us, we will not share any personal information with any unaffiliated third party for any purpose…ever. We will not send promotional emails or special offers, we will not contact you for market research, and we will not provide your information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. In addition, AirSnap will never sell your personal information to any unaffiliated third party…ever.
AirSnap may disclose or publish information about you that is not intended to specifically identify you (non-personally identifiable information, such as device IDs, IP addresses and cookies) for industry analysis, demographics, marketing, analytics, advertising, and other business purposes.
We use TrueDepth API technologies (ARKit, with automatic estimation of the real-world directional lighting environment) to create AR effects within the App. We do not share information with third parties, do not store or process in any other way the data which we accessed and used via TrueDepth API. While we take all necessary measures to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, therefore we cannot guarantee complete security.
We like to know how you feel about our Apps and how they are working for you. For that reason, we use analytics programs such as Google Analytics, to give us feedback. However, any data that passes between us and the analytics provider is shared in anonymous form; it cannot be connected in any way to your personal information. As a tip, some but not all of our Apps actually allow you to turn off the analytics from the application settings if you wish.
The analytics programs mentioned above use cookies in order perform their services. Cookies are small amounts of data stored on your computer when you browse the Internet, which allow your web browser to remember you the next time you visit a given website. This helps your web browser deliver you a more tailored experience.
